1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Asign2's Active Directory Management Software ("the Software"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Software

2. Subscription Plans and Features

We offer four pricing plans: Basic, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise. Special and added features are exclusively available for Enterprise Plan users.
Professional Plan users are entitled to a 14 Days Free Trial, with access to new and upcoming features in the Enterprise Plan during the trial period.

3. Upgrading Subscription Plans

Users on a yearly plan can upgrade to another plan after a certain duration, with the amount for the used days deducted from the subscribed amount.
If a user upgrades during the billing cycle, the balance amount from the deducted price is used for the upgrade. The user pays only the balance amount to switch plans.
Pre-booking offers are not applicable when upgrading from an existing plan to a new plan in the middle of a subscription.

4. SharePoint Integration Service

Our Active Directory Management Software includes a unique SharePoint Migration and Integration service, setting us apart in the industry.
Users can benefit from seamless migration and integration services for enhanced efficiency in managing Active Directory alongside SharePoint.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Asign2 prioritizes user privacy. We employ robust security measures to protect user data and ensure confidentiality.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and are encouraged to implement additional security measures, such as multi-factor authentication.

6. Usage Policy

The Software is intended for legitimate business purposes. Users agree not to engage in any unlawful activities or misuse the Software in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions.
Asign2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these terms.

7. Restrictions on Use

Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from using the Software for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

8. Hosting Location

Asign2 reserves the right to choose the hosting location for the Software. Users acknowledge and agree to the chosen hosting location.

9. Accessing Third-Party Applications Integrated with the Software

Users may access third-party applications integrated with our Software. However, Asign2 is not responsible for the functionality or security of these third-party applications.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is," and Asign2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, functionality, or availability of the Software.

11. Limitation of Liability

Asign2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

12. Usage Limits for the Software

Asign2 may impose usage limits on certain features of the Software to prevent misuse or excessive use.

13. API Deprecation and Usage Limits

Asign2 may deprecate certain API versions and impose usage limits on APIs. Users will be notified of any such changes in advance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of your billing address if you are a paid customer and your state or country of domicile in all other cases.
Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your state or country.

15. Billing and Payments

Users are billed according to their chosen subscription plan. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Users are responsible for keeping their billing information accurate and up-to-date.

16. Termination of Service

Asigjn2 reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software at any time for violations of these terms or any other reasons deemed appropriate by the company.
Users can terminate their subscription at any time by following the provided cancellation process.

17. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Asign2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or within the Software.
